No wifi, no tv. No fridge. No intercom in the delux rooms. Electricity gone for more then 24 hrs.

I had chosen 2 rooms and 4 adults, but the booking was done for 4 adults in 1 room. The rooms at aahama were not setup to take 4 adults in one room. I had to waste 1 hour on the phone with your customer service to get it resolved, which finally it was - booking was cancel-led and i made a fresh booking for two rooms. We were lucky that the hotel was not busy otherwise finding an additional room at the last minute could have proved challenging. The hotel itself fine and the staff very courteous.
