Very poorly maintained property,stained bedsheets,old worn out pillows, towels...hygiene is the worst one can expect..and price they charge is towering high!torn blanket covers,bathroom stinks like hell,chairs and beds are not stable.please do not even think of booking this property ....

The place is terrible and disgusting. Every room was stinky and bathroom was filled with insects, bedsheets were used, dirty and stinky. My child got skin infection. on asking multiple times they ignored and started arguing. suddenly in the roof started leaking for which they started justifying. whole place stank of poop. very poor hygiene maintains. It's super far from town, all photos are photoshopped. it's terrible. I recommended to avoid this place at any cost

Nainital willows is a good hotel with good staff Hotel food is very good and good taste with fresh food. All staff is good behavior. Some part of hotel required mentenence just like washroom door lock and balcony door

Stay was good, we loved the view from balcony. Just the thing washroom was slight smelly otherwise everything was amazing. Receptionist was kind and humble, gave us early checkin, and driver deepak was also good

First of all, I don’t understand how this hotel is rated and how it even got that rating when it has zero amenities. The location was supposed to be good, as they claimed it was 30m from Naini Lake, but in reality, it was 850m away. The room service was pathetic, the towels were old and dirty, and I had to clean them myself. The bathroom was also not clean. The view was only partial, even though I booked a deluxe room. The dining area for breakfast was not proper, and the breakfast itself was disappointing—just low-quality aloo paratha, and after insisting, they gave toast bread, which even had jam on it. Everything was pathetic except for the lake view from the rooftop, which was very beautiful.
