My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.

Indeed a happy place, my family enjoyed our vacation. This 訂房網站 is to celebrate my son's birthday and I am really happy to recommend this place. Just a tip, make sure to check their page for announcements before booking a room or even for walk in because of private events like team building happening in the resort.

신관으로 예약한 것 같은데, 본관으로 예약이 되어 있어서 방이 조금 좁았지만 다른 것들은 다 만족합니다. 가족탕은 딱 한번 사용했는데, 가족탕이 하나정도 더 있으면 좋을것 같네요!
