The stay was really very nice Food quality was also awesome Hospitality is good Just wanted to say that they should improve the maintenance of the property

The lift was very small as in only 2 people can fit the rooms were smelling when we entered the and the air conditioning of the room was bad had to even switch on the fan to sleep the ambience of the hotel was very dull.

Location- ideal food- good tariff- high for the comforts and convenience others- hot water supply in bath room from 7 am only. And you've to request for it in the evening.

lady in the reception in the evening hours was too rude. The way she was talking as if this is 5 star hotel. She should be trained to talk to customers

Good location, good food and courteous staff. However, the conditions of the room are far from satisfactory. Throughout my stay of 4 nights, the wifi was inoperative and the reason given was of a problem from the service providers end.

Old rooms with stained sofa, space constraint, staff is also average not listening to customers. Signs of wear n tear everywhere
