the best part of this hotel is they have very nice food with inhouse restuarant. location around 2km from railway station and they maintain proper functioning of the hotel.

Welcomed with tikhi nok jhonk with reception about last visit as I requested them to cross check the room cleanliness as during last stay there were hairs on bed and blooded pillow cover. After check in process, welcomed in the lift filled with chairs, that too came after waiting for 10min. Checked in room, then got to know that there is no hand towel in washroom, tried to reach out to housekeeping but no response, however managed. In the room AC flaps were broken due to which AC air distribution wasn’t good and cooling wasn’t enough. Also AC was making too much noises. I had to just spend night so managed anyhow but this is my 4th stay here which is worse than previous all 3 stays. Their breakfast menu is same. It never changes only poha, uttappam, sambhar, vada that’s it.

Convenient location, had breakfast simple nice,. Bathroom should have a simple floor wiper to dry. Prevents water logging and leakage through gaps. Filtered water can be provided after request since bottled water is limited.

It is a good hotel, clean n neat. Food is good. The staff is prompt n polite. Always flooded hence better to book in advance.

Local water bottles in room, no recharge in tv only one ot two options of breakfast that too poha and bread only. Very unprofessional service staff behaviour. They start playing monile in your room and will sit outside on stairs talking to each other on high speech. Last but not the least very foul smell at few places specially 01 series room.
