Hygiene is poor, there's no ventilation, curtains/bedsheets are very old and unhygienic. Damp rooms and overall dirt in common areas. Area is dingy and won't recommend for female solo travellers

It is location in the middle of a market so getting a cab was a little difficult because of the traffic but food, amenities, service was amazing. Everyone was really helpful.

The hotel is nothing as portrayed . The rooms are dark stinky unclean and filthy . The bathrooms are almost like public toilets! Dusty and smelly bedsheets and towels. The room was as though not cleaned in aeons . Will never recommend this hotel to anyone even for free.

O don’t stay there because very chip n they charge so much n area is not good not park my car above. Hotel or inside hotel pols give me refund my money it’s terabble

Hotel location was great and we liked the services provided by them specially railway station pick and drop offs, saves a lot of time. Hotel rooms were clean and all amenities were there, will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Neat and clean rooms. Cleaning is twice a day. All staff members are very polite and supportive. Airport/station pick up and drop facility with good drivers.
