1. Bathroom floor water not smooth , so water stuck 2. Receptionist can not speak English at all 3. Hotel internet not working 4. As hotel facility not as per mark, so I left the hotel after 1 night stay, where as I booked for 2 night stay. Please return one day amount

Few years back before COVID I stayed here twice but now what surprised me de grande is totally change from good to worse.room dirty, itchy when sleeping like dusty on the bed,no hot shower tap damaged and few power point in the room not working.i won't come back to de grande anymore.

I'm quite surprised that D'grande is a part of OYO Hotel Chain but to my surprise as well the interior surroundings of the Hotel is unexpectedly old. I would recommend this Hotel for Solo Trips and for Value wise. Location quite Strategic as it is situated in the alley way of Nagoya. Corners of the Room very filthy, i guess the housekeeping only focus more on the bedding than the rest of the room.. cleanliness should be touched on everything that includes the amenities. Overall i would give a 6.5/10

Windows curtains are dirty and broken. Window so dirty. Shower curtain with multiple and visible dark stains. Coffee table got cigarette marks Bedsheets and comforter got stains even they change. Hallway floor/carpet so dirty. Shower so cold. Hot shower not working.

This is my other preferred hotel if Hana is not available. Rooms are really big and bed comfortable. Will be better than Hana if can include breakfast.
