Overall, the hotel cleanliness was satisfactory. However, there were some stain marks along the bathroom floor edges, and both the shower gel and hair conditioner were hard to dispense and required quite a bit of force. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.

Hotel is very clean and easy excess to everywhere. From check in process very smoothly. Rooms are very clean and well equip. Bed and pillow are comfortable makes you sleep soundly. Breakfast have variety food to choose from bread station, porridge station, noodle station, main menu dishes, fruits, salads, cakes and dessert so mych to eat. Restaurant condition is vey big and clean. Staff are very friendly supportive. Thumbs up to Aston 👍🏻

The room glass was found crack and the shower gel was not refilled after room clean up, make a comment, after the Hotel had send a plate of fruits. Morning breakfast found the coffee cup was not clean, and the fruits bar was not refill when empty . Not a good stay experience.

Overall stay was pleasant. Room, location, Convenience and safe. Only issue I had was the power points and usb ports for charging. Initially the power point works but usb did not. Then they replaced it. After that the power point does not work but usb ports work. Room took long time to cool down despite putting it at 17 degrees. Other than that, it’s was a pleasant and fun stay. Highly recommended to stay here for the convenience of shops, clinics, spas and food. There are 4 hotels in this area ….

As this is mY FIRST time stay in Aston Nagoya,I chosed the correct room- the suite fr my family n I. Its very advance since first ever no phone in the room. Using Google is a NEW experience yet uncomfortable. Breakfast spread cn be improve to be much better and the capacity layout cramps. Thankyou to 2 trainees Elisya n Aisyah fr the hospitality AND the front desk tht serves us during check in n out ..superb

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The check-in was smooth, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Highly recommend for both business and leisure traveler. Wonderful stay! Staff were friendly, the room was spotless, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Would definitely come back.

地段不錯，周圍很多吃的。酒店早餐記不住了，應該比較常規。重點提下Aston在巴淡現在有兩家店，這家可能就是2星到3星之間水平。如果對住宿有要求的夥伴不要訂錯了
