Do not even think about this Lovina properties!!! NO system at all and the worst service I have encountered .. the only one. Emergency contact number does not work at all. No instructions given in advanced. After hard times knowing the procedures collecting the access card, it did not open the door!!! Cannot find any help!!! In the end I don’t bother and booked another hotel and contacted Trip who was very helpful.

It was an amazing experience to be here at pelita nagoya hotel, the accommodation is so clean and very nice. I would love to recommend this to all my friends and family who have plans to visit and stay here in batam.
