環境太差，空調沒用，房間太小，床單特別臟，沒有吹風機，極度不方便！早餐特別差不説，餐廳連空調都沒有熱的要命！這是我住過最low的酒店了，應該都不能算個酒店，頂多算個小破旅館. 因為住了這麼個品質的酒店壞了我一半旅行的心情！

Hotel is along the main road so it is loud and hard to sleep at night. Ordered room service and satay was tough. Staff were nice enough to replace with another set but the meat was still tough like microwaved meat. Staff was really nice and apologetic. Breakfast was horrible as the fried rice was almost stale. Very poor food quality and not much of a choice. Bed was saggy in room 310. Hotel was near food stalls across a busy road and about 7 min walk from Grand Batam Mall.

Have a normal stay at this hotel. As there's cockroaches in the toilet and also they did not really bring up our request of amenities which we needed.

I like the hotel services, but the dj upstairs quite loud and is not comfortable for me to sleep and the queen bed quite small for both of us, then the stuff in bathroom like shower can't use at all.. overall is good thank

Affordable place for solo travellers that don’t demand much. The sky terrace is the most relax place that I love most☺️nice songs and ambience. Food served were so delicious to my taste.
