Location good but towel bedsheet old and when we arrived the reception counter one girl say they are Myanmar  and talking their language so I feeling that is racism and not good feeling .Breakfast also very simple .

The hotel location are convenient, walkable distance to Love Seafood Nagoya. But it’s abit old hotel and cleanliness can be improved. If it’s renovated, I don’t mind to pay more to stay at here again. Or else other hotel will be my next choice if I’ll visit Batam again.
