Overall, my experience at Hana Hotel was mixed. While the room wasn't as clean as I had hoped, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there was still a lingering smell of cigarettes, which was disappointing. However, considering the affordable price, the stay was acceptable. If you're looking for budget accommodation with decent comfort, Hana Hotel might be worth considering.

the smell is very bad and we requested for the non-smoking rooms but they changed two times and still having this smell for the whole night.

Very clean hotel & friendly staff. There is a few convenience stores nearby and around 10 mins walk to Nagoya Hill Mall.
