I paid for a superior room which is a king bed but the staff mention there are no more rooms left. Im left with no choice but to accept whichever rooms that is available. 2ndly, there is no wifi. The staff claimed they used their neighbours wifi. 3rd, the lift are not in use. So travelling with elderly, i had a hard time to assist them with the stairs. 4th, there is a leakage once i switch off the aircon. Location wise is good as its near indoThai & SpaSecret. Opposite there is a shopping mall.

Windowless room with no control of the aircon. Rundown toilet with broken tiles and open shower door that leaked all over the floor. The breakfast sucks. The fried rice was stale the only saving grace is the coffee which is decent.

Location is good, air con is cool bed sheet is brownish yellow, room has no window, paint of the wall was half new, half peeling off, towel is similar to the bed sheet color, ceiing is dripping of water

Cleanliness is 2/10 - there were small cockroaches in the toilet and on the table of the room. toilet seats are also not cleaned. bedsheet has a few dirty black spots Location wise is good as theres many convenience around it for example Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall on the opposite side & a convenience store just below the hotel Would 50/50 recommend this hotel if you’re not a fussy traveller

They may gave your room to others that walk-in and you may end up getting the rooms that not supposed to be used by customer as the toilet was rundown. Received a bath towel that already wear. Breakfast was so so and always need to ask to refill.

The breakfast food should upgrade and more varieties. The price of hotel stay plus breakfast should put add more choices. 🙏🏻👌😋✌️

Love the time flexibility of checking in and checking out. The staff allowed me to checking in at 12pm noon and checking out at 1pm without any fuss. Very good service indeed.
