What a waste… poorly managed hotel… they should score well. Basic maintenance not there… the towel brown in colour… from original white? Or actually brown… ? The towel smelly… Beddsheets have shoe print… means bedsheets not changed… I slept 1st night whole body itchy… I see the housekeeping on other room shows no used bedsheets taken out… means? They recycle the bedsheets…the management need to be sacked… I stay other 2 star hotel have better housekeeping… better towel… For the price… the breakfast are good… top up faster than some 4 star hotel in Batam… But the juice are real bad… sugar plus colour… To Nagoyalhill and Grandmall need walk +\-15 minutes…? But walk at night not safe… Daytime too hot… For me, I better skip this hotel if possible….

The staff service was excellent, everyone smile and great you. Even though the room and corridor they provided have some cigarettes smell even though I requested for non smoking but with the positive attitude from the staff I feel happy when enter in n out from the hotel.. good job.. The towel dont look good to use dont look clean, will appreciate if you all can change a new towel.

hotel abit old ,had problen with my room lock technicianon hand to assist they transfered me to another room but staff was courteous location good breakfst was good will stay again

Hotel outlook is a bit dim. Room was ok. I booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were ok, while the other 2 rooms had some issues - toilet cannot flysh and no security lock on the door. Had to change room. Breakfast was good. Thxs

We go batam for an anniversary celebration, after booking from the 訂房網站, I request by a message to have a simple romantic decoration at our room to give my wife a surprise, but when I first check in time, they even no idea my requests are sent, give them 3 hours to prepare for me but they also cannot take any action or answer, what a pity for this small request are failed

Did a review on the site for this hotel. In need of a major room revamp and investment for bedlinen etc. A couple of things were broken like air conditioner control panel, a not working room safe, door latch was missing though you can still lock the door. The good thing that came out of the broken air conditioner control panel was the freezing room made it feel like you are somewhere else during Winter and not in Batam instead. However location is quite good and easy to get to the major shopping malls via Grab. But you can forget about view from the hotel room unless you dont mind looking at the roof tops of nearby buildings.
