Always love this Hotel. Maybe repeated 10 times already. Good service, good massage spa. Loves the cozy pool with warm jacuzzi on sundeck w frangipani tree over. almost exclusive! However buffet although many varieties breakfast this time is not as great as before😢. Previous chefs retired. Hope Chef become better

Always enjoy my stays at this hotel. Swimming pool and gym facilities available. Breakfast is delicious with enough variety. Shortcut behind hotel to Nagoya Hill mall. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Highly recommended.

나고야힐 근처 가성비있는 호텔입니다. 나고야힐 안에있는 마트에서 선물을 저렴하게 사고, 168야시장에도 가까워 도심에서 1박하기 좋은 장소였습니다 :) 늦은체크인에도 어느사람이 오는지 사전에 파악하여 체크해주었고 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다

Overall, extremely pleasant experience. Location was near Nagoya Hill area with many essentials stores nearby that were accessible by a designated pathway that leads out from the hotel lobby lift area. There’s also a Starbucks cafe downstairs at the lobby of the hotel that comes with a pool table. Room was great. Service was excellent and even satisfied my extra requirement of having a birthday cake surprise for my partner which was greatly appreciated. Room amenities were all alright. Toiletries were more than adequate which was really great! Comes with a bathtub big enough for two. TV was big enough and comes with Netflix. Breakfast had a widespread of cuisines and pool and gym amenities were really satisfactory. E-hailing services such as Grab and Gojek were easily booked from the hotel lobby. Security assuring and tight with every car entering the hotel premises being subjected to a security check. Hotel doorman was extremely friendly and helpful.Room service was extraordinary and was very good and relatively cheap! Some areas for improvement include: - Some of the light switches in the room were either not functioning or it was difficult to switch the light on or off probably due to the electrical contact issue. - The peephole was loose and was not functioning properly. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfactory experience. Definitely recommend!!! :)

Booked a superior double room. Spacious clean room. Chamber helper polite and helpful. Lacking hand towel in bathroom, only have face and bath towel. Reception warm and welcoming. Breakfast spread pretty ordinary. Could do more of local delicacy or noodle soup station . Egg station pre cooked the eggs- is not hot when served .. half boiled egg cold and pretty raw. Restaurant not crowded and only few tables occupied and yet Waitress not attentive enough to clear always used stack up plates from my table. Overall stay is ok. A stone throw away from Nagoya mall. Nearby hotel many spa and massage shops.Nagoya mall is neighbourhood type of mall. One anchor departmental store Matahari and a hyper mart. Otherwise, local and inspired versions bags and clothes. Choices of food in the mall pretty limited. Grab car is conveniently available and fare is not high to get from one point to the other.

Upgraded to balcony room on the pool level mornings can be bit noisy due to main road surrounding- but balcony good to have morning coffee. Good gym and pool

Nice views from the non-smoking superior room at level 5. Surprised to see a bolster on the bed as most hotels do not provide. Thanks.

以前都是住另一家ihotel，這次那家訂滿了就住了這家，沒想到這家外面看著一般般，裡面很不錯啊，房間比另一家的要更高一些，大堂也比那家氣派，院子也寬敞，搞不懂為什麼那麼多人跑去A2那家住，為了吃大排檔？破路邊攤有啥好吃的亂糟糟的

Tempat yang strategik dekat dengan Nagoya Mall. Jalan kaki je. Cuma 1 je tak best. Pool dia panas hm kalau mandi malam ke petang ke yg redul redup okay. Kalau matahari terpacak panas HAHA pukul 10 pg nak mandi dah panas.
