如果下次在到吧淡島，一定不會在住這家酒店，雖然位置很方便，但房間衞生情況很糟，浴室好從來沒做過衞生，毛髮很多，牆上發黃！

Sangat puas sekali menginap disini. Saya mendapatkan kamar yang cantik di 7.12. Lokasi strategis. Dekat ke mall nagoya, main gocar dan banyak sekali kuliner di lantai dsar.

Spacious,clean,easy access to many food varieties,convenient stores. Love the balcony where i can just relax either enjoying my coffee or just smoking while enjoying the seaviews. Will definitely be back again. Price was very reasonable. Parking lots are very limited and that’s the only ‘bad’ thing i found.

Absolute Nightmare — Please avoid this hotel at all costs! This was unquestionably the WORST overnight stay nightmare of our lives. We are extremely dissatisfied and utterly horrified by the dreadful state of the room. I have never stayed at such a filthy, neglected property anywhere. Mould grows everywhere throughout the room: walls, floors, bathroom, and even the curtains. The air feels stale and unhealthy the second you step inside. To make things even worse, the 訂房網站 listing clearly advertised that extra beds could be reserved. Yet upon check-in, staff informed us no extra bed was available. The only alternative they provided was a thin mattress dumped straight on the grimy floor, with just one pillow and absolutely no blanket. The floor was far too dirty to consider sleeping on. The main bed was no better. The mattress and blankets are cheap, worn and visibly unhygienic. Every person in our group broke out in itchy skin rashes after using the bedding, which we can only attribute to the lack of proper cleaning. The bathroom was revolting. Used tissue was left floating in the toilet bowl when we entered. The supplied toilet roll was almost finished and looked grimy. The bathroom drain was uncovered, and the floors were so dirty we had to spend extra money to buy rubber slippers just to use the toilet safely. As if all of this was not enough, the whole room was overrun with ants. They covered every flat surface. When I woke up the next morning, ants were crawling all over my mobile phone resting on the bedside table. This property completely fails to meet the most basic hygiene standards and misrepresents services listed on booking platforms. Save your money and skip this hotel — do not risk your comfort and health!

When we arrived, we noticed a Chinese talisman on the main door,which made us uncomfortable staying in the unit. More important, the kitchen/pantry area appeared to be infested with termites. We had no choice to leave and book another hotel at very short notice. As we unable to stay in the apartment due to these issues,we would like to request a full of refund . We hope you can understand our situation and assist us accordingly.

From 2pm, need to wait nearly 1 hour for some Indonesian speaking lady to bring access cards. To enter room to use password and all other rooms include my friends room is the same number. Very very UNSAFE. Room was dirty, black jelly marks all around bathroom. No hot water in room, refrigerator not working, aircon was warm, bedsheets was leftover from former guests and not washed cleaned. No safe in room. Food and condiments left in kitchen drawers My advice is spend SGD$10 more and stay in Fave hotel is so much more worth it. At least there, everything works well Will never ever stay there again.
