Good Room,neat and clean,Morning 7am no water supply available in bathrooms,on enquiry to reception they informed it will redy in 10 min even after two hour on enquiry informed motor is complaint they will arrange one buket water,we said ok atleast we can brush but nobody turned in by 9 water started to come with mud taken almost 10 am to get clean water but flow was very low .Breakfast was horrible as it becomes cold.and it was arranged in ground floor.They didn't communicate and arrange alternates in faster way could improve the overall experience as this kind of incident are rare.As it is very clause to church ideal location for family stay. overall it was a horrible experience as Purpose of the travel is become spoiled.

Car parking was converted to Restaurant for maintenance reasons.... Front desk employees...were not friendly or welcoming... They spoke with a very rude face... But no rude words...

Experienced fantastic and comfortable stay including complimentary breakfast. This is the third time i have used the hotel. Amenities and services are very good.

Located in a calm place. Close to the church lunch and dinner was good with reasonable price complementary breakfast was good rooms are clean and tidy staffs are friendly

In terms of accessibility, i must say it was very accessible. Within 500m from the velankanni shrine. Because it is right in the centre, the area is slightly congested. The front desk staff, restaurant and all others are very kind, polite & helpful. There are no ramps to access the hotel hence luggage have to be carried and the staff helped carrying ours. The hotel and the room floor / bathroom were very clean. The bedsheet wasn't clean to my opinion. There were hair on it. The towels were stained. The bathroom should be upgraded and shower should be separated from toilet. We ordered dinner a la cart e and good was really good. The fish was fresh and so nicely cooked. However the b. Fast buffet was a let down. Lack of hygiene - guests are also to be blamed. Some dish were tasty, others were just not good. No room for drivers available at this stay which is also a minus point as people drive from far to visit the holy place. Okay to stay one night. The place is safe. We didn't book the room facing the sea, i bet it is a nice one. Walking distance from everything.

No shower work and hot water not coming. Food quality very poor we didn’t took food also. We had lunch it’s very pathetic
