    Buyer beware! This is not a hotel, but a budget apartment building with no amenities or staff. Not only is is not staffed 24 hours, there is no staff at all. The check-in is outside on the 3rd floor of a back alley stairwell on an iPad. No lobby, no reception area, no elevator. You have to carry your bags up on your own. For the $600/night they charged me I could get a 4star in Tokyo on the Ginza. Absolutely no value for money. And they refused to refund my second night. This is a sham. Don’t book if your value your hard earned money.
