設備、サービスともに申し分ない。とても快適に過ごせました。ロビーのウォーターサーバーで信州のお水を提供してくれていてマイボトルに自由に入れてというのもありがたく、小布施見にマラソンを快適に走れました。また従業員一人一人の対応がとても行き屆いていたと思います。

整體是商業酒店，設施中規中矩，乾淨加上應有盡有，前台服務好，如果衹是為了等第二天的車，完全可以好好睡一覺

Room was extremely worth it's pricing with the cleanliness and you could feel the exquisiteness of the hotel from entering through the main doors all the way to your room. Walking distance to multiple interesting areas such as Zenkoji Temple and very pretty eateries around the area. 1 extremely disturbing thing was whereby 1 of the huge mirrors by the make up table was right infront of our beds which made my family and I have a paranoid night stay. Other wise everything was top tier!

値段の割に良かったと思います。 古いホテルですが、きれいでした。 場所は県庁や消防署など、官公庁ばかりでしたが、靜かでいいと思います。 溫泉までホテルのリムジンの送迎があり、良かったです。 素泊まりだったので、食事はしてないのでわかりません。

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kokusai 21. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — I slept so well during my time there. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Nagano. Highly recommended!

La habitación es grande y la cama y las almohadas bastante cómodas. La calefacción funciona muy bien. En la entrada del hotel tienen un pequeño espacio con productos típicos y algún souvenir a precios razonables. El baño está bastante antiguo pero, aún así, merece la pena porque el tamaño de la habitación es bastante grande para ser Japón.
