老式酒店，真的令人懷舊，也令人喜歡。訂了大房間，超乎預期，服務人員回答問題態度可親。地理位置優越離長野站很近。

住了五天。位置很方便,長野站過一個天橋下來就到了。旁邊有一家711超方便。房間挺大的,雖然設施看起來有點年代了但是用起來完全沒問題。樓裡還有製冰機和微波爐。每天都會給新的毛巾。洗漱用品也挺好。唯一不太給力就是wifi信號不太好。性價比真的可以。

The location is behind Nagano station and near 7/11. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is really helpfull and can speak english very well. If you used bus to Tokyo, the bus stop is infront of the hotel.

I enjoyed stay in here. The room is spacious, amenities all complete, provided at the front desk and take what's you need. Location, in front of the Nagano station, after east exit, and 7/11 just next to it. 1 thing make me not give the perfect score, the room have some unpleasant odour that I couldn't remove. I turn on the humidifier, spray air refreshner but still it won't disappear. Except for that, everything is good

You can see the hotel from Nagano JR station because the hotel is located just opposite the station. If you take a bus to Hakuba, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. There is convenient store 7-11 at the corner.

The hotel is just opposite Nagano station, next to 7/11. Very convenient place and easy to access to many restaurant.. We stay 2 nights while we went to Tateyama Alpine.. must try Soba express near Nagano station. Cheap n good.

Well located adjacent to the train station and easy to access the city's major tourist area. Standard and comfortable for travelers based in Nagano city and access surrounding towns. No aircon but have a centralised heating system for the cold season, guess it is not hot as in the high altitude mountain area.

Bij de receptie spreken ze gebrekkig Engels, maar zijn we heel aardig en doen hun best om je te helpen. We hadden een grote kamer geselecteerd zodat het bed niet tegen de muur vast zou staan, helaas kamer wel groot maar bed strak tegen de muur. De kamer/hotel is aan renovatie toe, tapijt versleten, stoel met vlekken, bed voel je de veren van. Het ontbijt is gericht op Japanners, en er is weinig variatie. Ook kun je maar tot 9 uur terecht. De locatie recht tegenover het station is heel praktisch.
