Nice hotel close to Nagano station, friendly staff, clean room. Just the wifi was slow and there's no fan in the bathroom. But overall would stay again. Very near to Nagano JR station. Easy to locate. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Convenience store is just next door and get your daily stuff along the way. And just 4 mins walk to the main shopping centre Midori.

Расположение рядом со станцией очень удобное. В номерах чисто, просторно и комфортно. Удобный матрас и подушки. Хороший wifi. На стойке регистрации есть чай, кофе и различная косметика. В нашем номере не открывалось окно. Нужно просить сотрудников его открыть.

I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one, so I was a bit worried. However, when I got to the hotel, they were fully booked for non-smoking rooms. To my surprise, the smoking room wasn't bad at all! I could barely smell any smoke inside. The floor had a slight smoky scent, but honestly, it didn't bother me. The room was very clean, even by Japanese standards, and had everything I needed. The room was actually a bit bigger than other similar business hotels I've stayed in. The location was perfect, right across from Nagano station. And I got a great deal! If I can find the same rate again, I'd definitely stay here.

ベットメーキングの方がワキガだったのか部屋に入ると嫌な臭いがした。窓が開かないので、部屋にあった消臭スプレーをバンバンまいてごまかした。また、部屋の溫度管理が個別の部屋ではできない結果、非常に暑く窓開閉のハンドルを借りて窓を開けて対応したが本當にそれで良いのか疑問に感じました。

Great location, right next to the Nagano station. Super helpful staff! They spoke English and stored our luggage for us after check-out since we wanted to see the Snow Monkey Park before leaving Nagano.
