In the begging i wasn't satisfied by the the manager's tone when i said i had local id. But never minded that. Stay apart from the manager, all the people were good. The helpers spoke well.

Worst experiance they dont have a restaurant for food they buy from some local shop and give they dont provide any service nothing is there in the room the front office guy attitude is very bad will not ever book room in suvarna residency

Cleanliness of hotel and room good. Mattress were very old, hence it was causing discomfort. And if you have breakfast included service, it is not at all appreciable. Hotel people are ordering from nearby restraunt and handing it over to guest in the same packet. It feels like yes they have performed their duty. They don't bother about how you are going to have the given breakfast. And yes you will not get tea or coffee ***** with breakfast. hotel do not give water bottle. It is little bit far from city centre.

No intercom, no proper prior arrangements for breakfast, we have to get approval from 4 to 5 persons for a extra bed also, we have show the booking details to all the persons. In future we'll avoid these hotels
