There is huge light disrupted and after chekout where is key submitted. Calling again and again. Facilities is very bad.

Good one to stay comfortably with family. Nice team members with pleasing atmosphere. Limited good tasty food. Nice hotel to stay with family. Pleasing people to support us. Round the clock service. 5s is very good.

Not so friendly, manager is rude and during checkout no boy to help, manager just watched us carry luggage. They don't even offer help. Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but they gave an extra mattress on the floor. After some argument during checkin we got a foldable cot. No options in the restaurant and they hardly understand English. Hot water is only for 2 hours in the morning and we have to request upfront. This will be my last stay here...

Room and bathroom are stinking. Terrible experience. Sheets and blankets are not changed, bugs on beds.

Window was not able to lock properly, i informed manager but he refused to change the room, manager not even listening to my words, manager dressing was not also not good

Makemy訂房網站 seems to artificially inflate hotel prices, which is highly disappointing. The hotel was almost empty, yet the rates were unjustifiably high. They rated this property as 3-star and tagged it as an mmt value stay, but it didn’t even meet the standards of a 2-star hotel. Such misleading ratings and descriptions severely tarnish the trust customers place in makemy訂房網站. I expected better transparency and quality assurance. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay booked through makemy訂房網站. The hotel failed miserably in providing even the most basic facilities and services. 1. Awful room service: i had to call 3-4 times for small things like drinking water, which should have been easily available. 2. Horrible restaurant service: no one even picked up my call when i needed assistance. 3. Worst complimentary breakfast: they claimed breakfast would start at 7:30 am, but it didn't start until 8:30 am. On top of that, the quality was terrible and unappetizing. 4. Electric issues: the floor's light started 訂房網站ping when i used the electrical kettle in my room, leaving us in complete darkness for 30 minutes. This was especially distressing for my kids, who were frightened by the situation. 5. Missing facilities: basic amenities shown during booking, like a hairdryer, hand towels, and toilet paper, were missing. 6. Broken fixtures: the room had broken switches and damaged bathroom fittings, which made the overall experience extremely unpleasant. This stay was an absolute nightmare. The rooms were spacious clean the only part i didn’t like was the cleanliness of the shower curtains in the bathroom which could have been definitely better.
