The room provided to us was very clean and luxurious room service was excellent food at the 4th floor was good complimentary breakfast had lot of varieties . Roof top swimming pool was one highlight with the city view.

Many times I have been to mysore and stayed in couple of hotels..i think this hotel is new hotel..thumbs up to cleanliness in rooms and common spaces..it was very clean and neat..we had ordered food to room ..it was really delicious..liked all the items v had ordered ..it was tasty..the only thing which has to b improved is breakfast taste..i found decent variety of items but it was lacking little taste slightly..also wifi was very bad..it was not at all working and also tv channels..after we come to room the guy comes and recharges 4 channels of our choice..he took 20 min for dat..all these services needs to be improved..parking space is not planned properly in basement..challenges to park and remove your car..

It was a very good stay.Positives- Clean rooms,hot and cold water supply,polite staff and always ready to help,restaurant food good Negatives- No fridge,tv channels are very few,ac difficult to operate,wifi speed pathetic

The front desk staff need some better training. At the check out time, they showed us pics of some hand towel of our room and said it's blood stained and we need to pay for it. Then after verification, we clarified and they confirmed that they are few marks of temple kumkum on it and then hotel staff started telling us the kumkum won't go away after washing. And then later when we asked how much to pay, first one guy said that it's 350 rupees, later other said it's 250 rupees. We paid that amount. It's not about the amount but the way they were keen to charge something or other citing some reason or other. It looked little unprofessional on the part of hotel staff. Paying extra 250 rupees after a 3 day stay is not a big issue but the behaviour looked little odd somehow.
