Decent stay, the hotel is simply superb. Maintained very neat and clean. Food and ambience in the restaurant is also good at a reasonable price.

Overall experience was good... but rooms are little expensive. They are providing complimentary breakfast, that is very good. They are also providing taxi arrangements for site seeing

1. The overall stay was comfortable. 2. Behavior and attitude was professional and polite. 3. Issue regarding wasrooms tab was raised byt they couldnit solve. Room was decenet and average. 4. Satvik the rooftop rastaurant was oure veg and taste of the food is average. I would recommend this Hotel if someone is looking a place to stay near mysore palace with pocket friendly budget. I was charged 7500 for 2 nights.

The stay was okay but the wifi was not working properly and also they charged a thousand rupees for 2 hours early check in even though the rooms were available. There were some issues with the washroom taps.

very very pathetic service Displayed in the mmt application is different & at the time of check is in different room allotted no proper service for everything needed to call for Reception so many times for basic needs I don't prefer this property in future

The stay in emerald was simply superb especially the courteous staff , the way they kept the rooms neat and tide, a very nice breakfast buffet although spread is less the quality was very good, the proximity to all places.. it's been a great experience.. highly recommended...the a la carte menu for dinner was good as well... only one thing they can improve is the inclusion of traditional karnataka food like neer dosa and all in the menu... otherwise an excellent stay

The stay at the hotel in one word was just "Perfect" we received a warm welcome by the staffs there was ample space for parking The food provided was delicious and we were offered a cozy comfortable room.Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, will recommend it everyone

Hotel rooms are too small. Water was not there in the bathroom, TV was not working in the room. Then they changed our room where Ac was not working and the fan was giving terribly noise through out night. Overall very bad experience.

Location, food and amenities were good. But did not liked service. They charged for complimentary items like soda and snakes also. I bring 2 kurkuri and 2 soda and for that they charged Rs.879. The complimentary items I take inside the room or outside, I think it should be free
