Muy buen Hotel! Instalacioes, habitación y restaurante superaron mis expectativas! Personal en recepción muy atento. Restaurante gran calidad, desayuno muy bueno!  Habitación impecable, limpieza cada día, y ropa de cama y toallas, de calidad y limpias. Habitación muy bien atendida e impecable. Recomiendo este hotel, volveré. Gracias a todo el staff.

Property is very clean, neat, AC was in good working condition, hot water was coming all time, restaurant food is good and it is attached with the hotel at GF. Totally the experience was good.

Accommodation was just alright. The location of the hotel was good. The staff at the reception were well behaved and there were no issues from the side of other personnel as well. The food was also good. The issues were: (1) smaller than expected room size- just enough to fit a king sized bed with little more than two feet on either side with a walking space on the third side. I had booked a room for two adults+13 year old.I paid for an extra bed/cot and expected a room size to fit in the extra bed. But still they provided me a room which had no adequate space to lay the extra bed; (2) water logging in the bathroom. It took about 10-15 minutes for the water to drain out each time. It entailed two solutions- either get it repaired or ask for a room change. Since the time spent in the hotel was short- just for a night and considering privacy, I chose to ignore this. If the hotel management can take a little more care, I think the stay would be very good.

The property was very well maintained. The staff was also responsive and supportive. Overall, it was a great stay.

Pros Hotel is new, located in the city centre. They have a really good restaurant which serves mostly North Indian & chinese food. Staff are courteous and polite. They do attend to your requests. Cons Rooms are very small for the price we pay, highly congested. Not enough toiletries in the bathroom. Rooms aren't sound proof, you can hear your neighbours. They forgot to keep towels in our room. When requested, they only gave one, then we had to request another one.. which is common sense.

Very nice and clean hotel. Easy checkin and checkout. Very helpful staff. Clean room and toilet with all accessories. Very comfortable beds with no noise.

Excellent , neat and clean property . It is a great value for money. Excellent for any business men interacting with central Mysuru area.

Hotel very much accessible from the mysuru palace. Staff is cooperative. Ambience was excellent. Overall great and happy staying at this hotel.
