체크인하러 세시 넘어서 갔는데 청소를 이제 막 하고 있었음. 항의해서 다른 방으로 변경하였는데 청소가 잘 안돼있다는 인상. 3성급 호텔이라기보다는 싸구려 모텔 느낌. 복도 방음이 너무 안되고 위층에서 아침 7시부터 가구를 옮기는지 너무 심한 소음때문에 잠을 못잤음. 화장실은 퀘퀘한 냄새가 나고 구석에 물때가 제대로 청소돼있지 않음. 헤어드라이어 없음. 바닥 청소상태가 의심되는데 슬리퍼 따로 제공 안됨. 이런 방을 주말이라는 이유로 70$가량 받는게 용납이 안됩니다. 이 호텔에 대해 다른 좋은 리뷰들의 진정성이 의심갑니다.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to access various spots in Mysore. The food is top-notch and a must-try if you're in the city. Room services and amenities are prompt and efficient, and the cleanliness is commendable. However, the rooms are on the smaller side. That said, considering the price point, this hotel offers great value for money.

While booking it was showing that within 2.5 km from palace and railway station . However it was far from the main city and station As mentioned, it was not 2.5 km away from railway station or palace

Cleanliness Ok.There is some dust in floor matt.Bathroom Door lock not working properly.Bucket and Mug Not available in Bathroom.BreakFast is Good.Staffs Responses are Good.Overall Experience is Not Bad.But Not upto Expected Level.

The accommodations were excellent and spotless. Overall, we had a pleasant time, and the breakfast was good. Some of the staffs need to improvise.

Pathetic service ! front office executive is clueless and the number of people occupying the room. While the restaurant looks fancy, rooms need a major game upgrade! i was surprised to see the front office girl respond with an eye roll when enquired about the types of rooms suitable for a family stay and didnt help/atleast make an attempt to help us with the stay options clearly denying the fact of 2 different dimensions available for the same room type
