จองห้อง 2 เตียง มา 10 ห้อง.ต้องการเตียงแยกกัน เพราะไม่ใช่สามี ภรรยา เลยจองแบบเตียง Twin พอมาเช็คอิน ได้ห้อง 1 เตียงใหญ่ทุกห้อง เซ็งมากๆ บอกว่าวันนี้มีงานแต่งงาน ห้องคงจะเต็มแล้วไปเปลี่ยนยกชั้นให้คนมางานแต่ง เลยไม่เก็บห้องแบบ 2 เตียงไว้ให้เรา ทั้งๆ ที่เราจ่ายเงินมาแล้ว

Our hotel room was on the sixth floor where was good looking the drone show of dasara Festival. It was so cool

excellent location, close to attractions. small property , well maintained, breakfast had good options .Overall a good stay

룸과 주변 시설물 모두 청결합니다. 침대 시트 상태도 만족스러웠고 주변이 잘 정돈되어 편안함을 주었습니다. 직원분들 서비스도 친절하였고 불편함이 없었습니다. 계획했던 금액보다 조금 높았지만 가격대비 시설이 좋아서 만족스러웠습니다.

I booked an Executive Room at Regenta Central Herald Mysore expecting a premium experience, but the reality was the exact opposite. Despite a late check-in at 10:00 PM, the hotel was completely unprepared for our arrival. Major Failures: • Paid Amenities Not Provided: We paid for extra beds for three rooms. Despite calling housekeeping multiple times, only one bed was delivered at 1:00 AM. The other two never arrived, even though they were fully paid for in advance. • Hygiene Issues: For an Executive category room, the cleanliness was appalling. The surfaces were covered in dust and the towels provided were stained/dirty. • Maintenance: The toilet was clogged upon arrival, which is unacceptable for any room, let alone a premium one. • Unresponsive Staff: We spent most of our "rest" time following up with housekeeping. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and failed to provide the basic hospitality expected from this property. It is disappointing to pay for a higher room category and receive such negligent service. I am currently seeking a refund through 訂房網站 for the unfulfilled services. Highly recommend looking elsewhere in Mysore.

룸과 주변 시설물 모두 청결하고 잘 정돈되어 좋았습니다. 침대 시트도 청결하여 만족스러웠고 직원분들도 친절하게 서비스를 진행해주었습니다. 샤워기와 워터 건이 다소 아쉬웠지만 전반적으로 만족하였습니다.
