麥肯尼亞大使酒店 (Myconian Ambassador Relais & Chateaux)

這個島上非常不錯的酒店，離海邊很近，適合在酒店休息，酒店約車也便宜，海邊沙灘餐廳DK Oysterm 宰豬的，需要小心，附近的Niko Gallop海鮮很好吃價格也合理，強推

房間還可以，個別人員服務很差，我住羅蘭夏朵很多次，這次有二個不適應，第一，我要求多給點水，竟然要求10歐一瓶，感覺是經濟型酒店，第二，我説能給我一個門禁卡做紀念，告訴我不可以，早餐時隔壁枱子的客人晚了5分鐘到，希望要一杯橙汁，被告知過時了，要收費，總之這酒店各種拒絕客人習以為常，千萬別住

Checked into this property for 3 nights from 14-17 June 2026. Our initial impression of this property was pretty good till the 2nd day. The property is located at Platis Gialos which is accessible from Fabrika (Mykonos Old Town) by a bus which costs €2.20 per pax one way. The hotel didn’t tell us there’s this option and insists that we take their “arranged transport” with a taxi company which charges €25 one-way from hotel to Mykonos Old Town for a distance of about 4km. This was one issue. The property was supposed to provide a “turn-down” service which we didn’t utilize. Bottled water is to be given during turn-down service. So we went to the frontdesk to ask for water and after many questions asked, reluctantly gave us 2 miserable small bottles of water for 3 nights stay. This was another issue. During check-out day, our airport transfer was at 1pm but we have to check-out at 11am so we stay at the hotel lobby for 2hrs while waiting for our airport transfer. We asked for bottled water and they said they didn’t have any when we were reluctantly given 2 bottles of water the night before. What a lie is this?? And for luggage storage for hotel guests, all the luggages were stowed OUTSIDE the hotel on the right, inside a stone shed which was hot, sandy and dusty. What kind of a 5-star hotel is this? On the overall, my wife and I concur that we didn’t enjoy our stay at this property. It was a regret that we stayed at this property during our first time in Mykonos.
