The hotel is on a highway, so it's easy to find. Rooms are very good and are equipped with ac as well as room heater. All staff is very polite & willing to help, food quality is excellent. Overall the experience was very good, we are happy to get this hotel recommended for our stay.

Staff is very supportive, food is very tasty and well maintained hygiene and in muzaffar pur location in bihar, hotel is in center of city and on main highway, customer will feel safe at property

Booked executive deluxe / charged them for this / paid higher category room charges but allotted low category room they said we don’t have vacant room i don’t know on what basis they confirm the booking.

Unhygienic room and toilet, toilets are so small that you hardly fit into them. Rude staff and worse room service. You will feel like being in **********. They will give a lock card which will not work and staff will keep coming in your room without knocking the door. I felt it was very unsafe and unsecured. I was unable to sleep. I took the plan with lunch and breakfast but they handed me the bill for the lunch and told me that you should have told us this before generating the bill now you have to pay for it. I felt like cheated. I will suggest you will get a far better hotel and staff at the same price. Food quality is poor.
