The service of the hotel is really bad. Balacony lights were not working, bathroom locks are broken, towels are dirty, balcony door doesn’t have a stopper, you will have to put a chair to stop the door. Works on very limited staff due to which it takes ages for them to respond on every call.

The stay was very comfortable and nice, The staff were very supportive , F.O. staff Ms. shobha and Manager Sachin helped us to provide medical assistance for my daughter. The food is great and the restaurant ambience is beautiful. Overall experience is beautiful.

This is nowhere close to 4 star Hotel. No lift. No shaving kit, no soap, no comb in washroom. No options in breakfast. It cannot be rated more than 2 star place.

We, family of 3 members stayed at Vista Hotel from evening of 14.03 to morning of 17.03. The stay was very good, staff were very helpful. The food was ok. Couple of items may be added. Good speed of WiFi. Ambience was excellent. The view of scenes from windows, terrace was amazing ! A nice flower garden can be developed which will further the ambience of the place. The rooms were spacious. Hot water was available. The driver was also accommodated and food was available for him, too. The amenities were as per the advertisement. Would recommend to friends for a visit !! Best wishes and special thanks to team of helpful staff !!

The rooms were good, the view was excellent from the balcony. The staff is quite helpful. Food is decent. If you want to have drinks, carry your own. They do provide a cozy space for that. You can also ask them to arrange for a bonfire but it's on a chargeable basis. They have an open terrace with a stunning view. Also go for the premium room for those views.

I had a great stay at The Vista Hotel Mussoorie . The location is beautiful, with stunning views . The room was clean, comfortable, and had modern amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant served excellent meals. I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway!
