tab was broken and charged an extra amount at the time of check in. It was very tough to manage luggage because the hotel is apx. 200 to 300m down from the mall road.

I found it on make my 訂房網站.The place is a bit hard to reach by your own vehicle but the staff was very friendly and the food was amazing.

The location is satisfactory, and the food is delicious, especially the breakfast options. However, room maintenance could be improved. The staff is supportive and helpful. Additionally, the room rates during peak season seem disproportionate.

The property is good, staff is friendly the only demerit with the property is 150 metres from the main street and four wheelers aren’t able to make to the main entrance of the hotel

Missing basic facilities or services - 1. No cleanliness in the room and bathroom. Unclean tea kettle 2. No room heating in cold weather. Had to request for one heater multiple times 3. Faulty water heater that never worked 4. No fresh towels, toiletries and dry mat 5. Breakfast included in the package but not provided even after multiple requests. 6. No value at all for the price paid 7. Hotel location down the hill and is not very convenient from mall road 8. Tv did not work on day one of stay overall, a terrible stay experience.

Positive: room upgraded for free of cost and driver for provided to drop car uphill. Negative: spiders and silverfish on bed at night. No dental kit available even though it states 4 star. No tandoor snacks available and outside food is not allowed. Overall compare to prices of room and food this place is over charged and need improvement.

Great place for stay hotel is amazing and balcony view is breathtaking. Thanks mmt. Hotel didn't provide bathroom slippers and toothpaste and tooth brush that is one cons i would say.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Very peaceful place to stay, near to the mall road yet away from the hustle. Would recommend this place a 100!
