Terrible Experience Do Not Book This Hotel! I booked this hotel in advance, but when I reached Mussoorie and tried to contact them for exact location they didn’t answer my calls. I called at least 20 times, but no one picked up. There was no buggy or auto available to take us to the hotel either. We had to leave our luggage at a nearby store and walk there. Even though it was just 2 km away, it took us 30 minutes to reach due to the steep and difficult route. When we arrived, the receptionist rudely said that I hadn’t booked the property. It was clear they didn’t have a room for us. The staff were careless, unprofessional, and had no basic sense of how to speak with tourists. The crowd at the hotel also didn’t feel safe or comfortable. We had already wasted 2 hours on this horrible experience, so we decided to book another hotel just to feel safe. In the end, we lost Rs. 2250. To make it worse, they have a no refund policy, even when the mistake is entirely on their side. I strongly advise everyone not to book this property. It feels like a scam run by rude and irresponsible people. And to MakeMyTrip we expected better from your platform. Please verify your listings properly to avoid such issues for other travelers.

This was my first worst experience with MMT. I never expected MMT would recommend such a property to anyone who is booking for a family room. The room was very small, dirty, not even broomed, forget about mopping. We just entered the room, saw the terrible look and left it without staying there for more than 10 minutes. It was such a horrible state of the room. And when we were leaving from there, the family which had just arrived to stay there were complaining about the commod leakage and the water filling up in the bathroom. That's terrible we thought and we left from there quietly without even asking for a refund because the guys sitting on and near the counter didn't look like good guys. I hope you would not recommend that hotel to anyone anymore. Please

The overall experience was good. The staff, food was very good and the price was reasonable. The location is good but I will suggest if you are a pro driver and don't have any old person with you then choose this hotel.

Bad experience, Rooms very bad ...having smelling...bathroom very dirty...flush not working , aminities didn’t give, staff is ok ok car parking area in very deep side... car can’t going there it’s rishky..... bad experience

Stayed at Hotel Silverline with family. The room was very small and had a bad smell. The way to the hotel by car was quite difficult — you really need a professional driver. Staff were polite and helpful, but overall not a good experience.

Hotel rooms are totally different as per showing image. In one room, bed sheet found durty after some time house keeping change the same in front of me. No particular dinning area in hotel. Food service in room only. In one night we asked for extra paid water bottle but not available in room. Hotel staff given water in Jug in next day morning. overall I am giving this hotel rating as 2 star. Better option available in this price.

The hotel is very good, room service is very prompt and staff is very cooperative. The only challenge is the approaching road and you need to be pro to drive a SUV to the parking. Food is also good and hence very satisfied with it.

Not provided water bottle.. and secndly we call more than 10 calls for towels but they can’t provide.. and also not provided cookies with tea... after so many we told them we want water bottle they told us we haven’t bottles we have normal water.... overall not providing services... i will gave only 2 star
