The hotel rockland residency is a great option for staying in Mussoorie. Its location is convenient, just 1.5 km from Mall Road, and situated on the main route to Delhi/Dehradun downhill and Kempty Falls uphill. It also offers all essential amenities and has a parking facility.

It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay and chill with your family and friend! The staff here is really professional and friendly in nature. Anjana and Sumit really make sure that our experience is comfortable!

It was amazing, trust me guys must book this hotel , cute cozy room with green view , tasty food perfect location and very cooperative staff very welcoming and friendly, specially Sumit and anjana was at reception they very excellent hospitality staff

Hotel rooms with best view, supportive staff good food, you will enjoy your stay. You will park your vehicle in hotel property either government parking front of hotel

Unhygienic,food quality very poor,served stale bread and rancid butter toast, they don't even have pepper as seasoning for soup. Rooms and linen not clean at all.

I booked 2 rooms for my family on 15th march 2025 . I booked seeing the pics . I was shocked to see my room . It was stinking , bed sheets had strains , curtains had strains dark black . The wall on the right side of the bed had so many black strains and the worst part was the washrooms basin was clogged . I brougt my family after so long for a vacation and this hotel ruined it all . I would definitely take some action against MR. Gaurav (GM) who assured me on my check out about the refund of one room atleast in 2-3 days . We trusted him and he didnt pick the call after we checked out . After almost a week of calling , he picked my call from an un known number where he says jaao jo marzi karo hum kuch nahi kar skate . I paid more than 5 k for a room which was not worth more than 1k . Menu of the room was so dirty with sabzi strains . I would request mmt to verify the hotel rooms before displaying it

Poor service provided by the hotel. Food was average. No heater in the room. Room service was bad. No pickup of reception calls at one go.

Hotel is at good location near to mall road and also staff is very helpful. You will get view from hotel restaurant and also they allow to byob at restaurant. Only this which I didn’t like is hygiene and cleaning issue in room
