Location wise it’s poor .You have to hire a taxi for the market.The most saddened part of it all the rooms and corridors are stinking so badly.u need to spray air fresher in alternate hour like.it never maintained the quality of staying.Mineral bottle costs 160rupees excluding taxes for what reason dont know.it cant be a star hotel.Night time nobody one will pick up your phone.so many things to write.. simply wastage of money to stay over there

Location 9/10 Food 3/10 Cleanliness 6/10 Staff 7/10 90% of the food items from menu not available, leave aside the buffet that was suggested for all.meals included package. No bar at the hotel as well.

The property was old but the staff was cooperative and with good senses and it was not according to the standards of LEMON TREE CHAINS. FOOD WAS OKAY OKAY...

The service was quite slow, and at times, our requests were ignored—we had to remind them multiple times for the same thing. However, the location is great, and the food was enjoyable. If you care about the view, make sure to book a room that specifically mentions it, as some rooms do not offer any views.

Front desk was helpful.staff was nice. Rooms are good and spacious.food taste good.only problem is because there is no ventilation in the bathroom it is bit smelly

The name says Lemon Tree Resort Mussoorie - please be prepared that it’s NOT a resort - it’s a hotel with no space to walk around, no fitness centre - as it even claims on it’s main board outside on the road. Everything will come when it comes - but for now it’s not there. The breakfast is a repeat everyday and just Ok. The superior king room has a big wall Just outside the window - so please be wary while booking. The location is good - it’s 800mtrs from the Mall Road. The staff barring a few, is good and accommodating. The valet is careful and experienced.
