先説優點。這家客棧就在愛丁堡市郊，大約10公里車程，位置不錯。愛丁堡市內的住宿價格高，而且停車困難。所以，選擇在這裡住宿相當不錯；另外就是停車很方便，酒店門口就是停車場，停車位充足。一晚9磅，這個停車費水平在英國簡直就是白菜價，對於自駕來説非常友好。客棧門口能看到英國的田園風光，很漂亮。缺點就是價格不便宜，沒電梯，雖然樓層不高，衹有3層，但行李多的話，要費點勁。房間的空調不能自行調節，熱得夠嗆。其他沒有啥毛病。

Place was good and clean. As we don’t drive location was not really good for us though there was bus stop near to the place. It would be fine if there was no holidays, but since we went on new years there was no bus on that day and having an early flight we have to go before sunrise and there was no streetlight at all, it was scary. I guess we just booked it at the wrong time of the year, unless you drive it would be a good place to stay.

hotel was well located for our needs, rooms were spacious and clean. catering/restaurant was fair , a bit shabby but food was good and staff friendly
