穆斯科卡湖小屋 (Muskoka Lake Cottages)

I recently stayed at this cabin and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The place was dirty from the moment we arrived — the cabin itself was not cleaned properly, the life jackets were filthy and the mattress inside the rooms was yellowish, needs to be changed. The beachside was full of animal poop, making it impossible to enjoy the area. At night, there was no hot water, which made showers very uncomfortable. On top of all that, the cabin was extremely hot and stuffy. There was only one portable air conditioning unit placed outside two rooms, which did nothing to cool the rooms inside. The so-called “fan” provided was actually a pocket-sized heater, making the heat even worse. Everything just felt neglected, unhygienic, and poorly thought out. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. I would not recommend staying here unless they make major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort. Definitely not worth the price in its current condition.
