It was unfortunate we couldn’t get to check in earlier because we arrived earlier so we stayed at the lobby for 9-10 hours despite many emails sent to give them a heads up. Overall our stay was decent. Breakfast was good and service was good too.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception staff were not customer-oriented at all. I had made an advance booking, but when I arrived, they first claimed there were no rooms available and refused to cancel my reservation. After I complained, they offered me a much smaller room, even though I had booked a king-size room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We really had a good time on our friends outing, during check in and check out time we where served by Ms Minoli ever smiling lady, she gave us a warm welcome and upgraded our rooms during check in, this gesture made us feel welcomed and we couldn't wait to fully enjoy our stay. Housekeeper Mr Mohammed was always helpful whenever we requested for amenities, he acted fast which made us more happy, also experienced the swimming pool which is devided into 2, one side for us learners and the other for experts in swimming 🤣 this really was fun, thanks to Mr Joseph and Mr Shahul for good guidance. The 2nd night we requested for late checkout on our check out day and we were helped by Moses, thanks bro for that gesture, ohhhh l had forgotten the bar 😍, it was awesome cold drinks very affordable nice service but l forgot the guy s name as l had taken some shots🤣, with all being said we enjoyed every minute at Al Falag hotel, good location close to everything, last but not least thank you house keeping supervisor or manager l think Mr Lasantha, he was also running around to make sure we get everything we requested,, team Al Falag keep it up.
