The apartment suites are basic, the furnitureis ancient, photos are much deceiving. There was a constant smell in the upper floors especially on our 4th floor, stinky fish smell as soon as you stepped out of the lift. On the last 2 days of our stay only one lift was operational and the 2nd was stationed on 5th floor. The pool is basic and with heat, kids pool needs partial shade.

Extended my stay here for another week due to service, great location and staff. Location is in between to Oman mall and Avenue mall, if using Otaxi make sure you set your location to Panorama mall as setting it to hotel will only show premium cars

I was really not happy with this stay , Bad beds and pillows , you can hear every things from neighbours , I got one  was a crazy 2 o’clock at the morning movings room furnitures and it load like the sound of thunder !! when any body left there room in the night or morning the doors closed as hitting and shaking the whole floor 😧  Never to this place again it was a trap with price and this place can be 4 stars at the reception but the rooms are 3 stars not more…
