I booked 2 suites for 2 nights via 訂房網站 and all was successfully paid and I received the receipt and the booking confirmation from 訂房網站 Once arriving to the hotel, the reception informed me that the hotel was overbooked from 2 days ago and there is no available rooms. The hotel staff said that they didn't confirm from their side, and they cannot refund any money, and I have to contact 訂房網站.com to claim.

此次住的精英房，房間類似小套房，寬敞舒適，周圍超市與餐館也很多。僅靠蘇丹卡布斯大清真寺，去海邊也很近。早餐也比較豐富。衹是房間打掃時，未能及時清洗水杯，這一段稍微有點不太滿意。其他一切都很好。

The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious with cleanliness upto the mark.The hotel is at a distance of 10 minutes from Muscat airport and location is nearby to many restaurants and hyper markets within walking distance. The customer service at reception staff is excellent with speedy check in and check out process.There is club on upper floor and DJ is at 1st floor and sound makes a bit disturbance and felt inside the rooms.
