There were some problems. I suggest you(訂房網站 ) do not handle this property. 1. Bathroom and toilet have serious bad smells, cannot breathe! When I checked-in and open bathroom door, the bad plumbing smells came. I thought it was just the first smell because door and window did not open a long time. But the plumbing smells were getting worse and worse. Finally I asked to remove bade smell to management office. They said they will send a person to handle that. But anyone has not shown. I tried your site(訂房網站) to advice this problem but your site ask to verify my phone number. I changed to Japanese number at my phone. I cannot complain to you while I stay in Japan. I just back to US and I explain a whole story now. Anyway, I was headache too much. 2. There were not enough supplier. Towels are too old. No seasoning - such sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce, etc. 3. Too much noisy!!! Every 1 minutes train was passed. Wooooow! You better explain at your web site. Cannot open windows because of train noisy and cannot close windows because of bad plumbing smells!!! A bit loud as it’s quite close to the railway but also very convenient as there’s a supermarket right next to the place! Easy enough walk from Kichijōji station.
