無語的之旅， 第一：被子臟，打電話後20分鐘換好了 第二：房間隔音效果差，靠近馬路，摩託車的聲音很大，非常奇怪的是有很奇怪的聲音，很大的噪音，晚上響了至少3次，不知道是不是砸牆的聲音，驚醒了3次， 無語衹能在凌晨3點多退房了！！

Our stay at Acacia Hotel Manila was great! The place is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating making the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. The location is convenient and perfect for travelers. Overall, We had a good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Overall, my stay was a *fairly decent experience*, but there were several aspects that left much to be desired. To begin with, the cleanliness and condition of the towels provided were extremely disappointing. They were worn-out, stained, and resembled those you might expect from a budget motel like Sogo, rather than a proper hotel. It was unhygienic and very unpleasant to use. Another concern was the lack of clarity regarding the food. We were under the impression that meals were included in the booking, but upon check-in, we were informed otherwise. This caused some inconvenience and would have been avoided with clearer communication in the listing or booking confirmation. Furthermore, parking and some of the elevators were not functioning properly during our stay. This led to longer wait times and difficulty accessing certain floors, especially for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. A major safety issue I noticed was the lack of proper window protection. For rooms on higher floors, there were no safety locks or barriers, which could pose a serious risk, especially for individuals with mental health concerns or young children. This should be urgently addressed to prevent any potential accidents. One of the more frustrating aspects of our stay was the housekeeping schedule. Cleaning services began around 6:00 PM and continued late into the evening. This was disruptive and poorly timed, as most guests are back in their rooms during that period and would prefer privacy and peace. That said, I would like to commend the staff for their courtesy and professionalism. They were accommodating and responsive to our requests. The overall facilities, while basic, were also acceptable for the price. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects of the stay, I believe there are several areas that need immediate attention—particularly in terms of cleanliness, safety, and guest convenience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the overall guest experience in the future.

Room was spacious and clean . Arrive late at the hotel but staff was helpful and accomodating .book a room with king size bed with breakfast included for 4,600++ which is acceptable for the location and the room size. Breakfast was good considering it was included in the room price. Still would recommend staying at acacia hotel in alabang . A thumbs up for the staff and hotel location.

Our room was clean, cozy, and beautifully set up perfect for a relaxing and romantic escape. We especially loved the view, the relaxing ambiance, and the comfy bed that made us feel right at home. The amenities were great, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options to choose from. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and full of happy memories. I was very satisfied with the service and the room is clean and cozy. We stayed during my birthday celebration I was surprised that they arranged for this beautiful baloons❤️🥰 without added fee. Thank you Acacia. The location is the best. If you don’t want to eat inside the hotel a lot of nearby restos are walking distance. The concierge is soooo helpful. The Staff ar sooooo friendly. Surely I will go back again! Xie Xie Ni🥰

The room was comfortable with a stunning view, but signs of wear and tear were noticeable. Light switches were oddly placed, with no main control at the entrance, and one switch even stopped working mid-stay. The furniture felt outdated, and the fridge had a strange smell and rattled through the night. The bathroom could use a more thorough clean, especially around the shower area. Room service was decent and the food authentic. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
