部屋の設備はバスタブがない以外は完璧（フィリピンではなかなかバスタブありませんが）。 フェスティバルモールまでも、ちょうどいい距離で、夜間も治安はよく、近くのコンビニまでも裡口を通って歩けます。 食事は朝のビュッフェも、夜のディナー（オーダーから時間かかりますが）も美味。フィットネスコーナー、プールもあり、とても快適な滯在でした。次回も、アラバンに泊まるときには、是非利用させてもらいます。

The best part of this hotel is the space it provides. It was huge that you cannot find in some of the hotels. It was really good for a big group and really felt like home. It was my second time here and definetely woudn’t be the last.

The room is nice, but the Wi-Fi is kinda slow and always disconnecting. The pool needs cleaning because the water is dirty, and more lights are needed, especially at night.

The place is quite old and it is quite obvious with its towels. But the location is strategic. Their suites is very big and good for family groups.

Facilities: limited parking space. Roof top pool is ok but small. Main Toilet flush was not working on. Service: Is ok but when asked during checked out for 2 towels (not issued to us) is really a pissed off. Though staff apologize but still asked me to sign a voucher. Location: Near to Festival Mall/ ATC and Airport Cleanliness: Need improvement.
