Our experience was positive, with the room's view being a particular highlight. It's an excellent choice for couples and a suitable option for families. The food quality is high, the staff are courteous and helpful, and the lush greenery enhances the overall experience. We recommend it for couples and consider it a decent option for families.

Location: The property is located away from the hassle of the city. Quiet and Calm environment. Property: You can clearly tell this is an Old property which has been upgraded to reach today's standard of a resort. All must haves are there. Food: Breakfast is a buffet, Lunch & Dinner are Ala-carte or Buffet depending on the number of guests. The food was Amazing (Ala-carte) good (Buffet). Staff: Friendly staff and quick service of your needs. I stayed there for 3 nights and overall if u are a person who loves to slow the pace and soak in peace then this one is for u. There are some minor things like old latches for doors, small insects flying around during dinner which can be ignored. IMO u not paying for luxury but for a calm getaway from today's fast paced world.

Nice property. Amenities not upto standards Poor door locking system, bathroom shower not working properly. Good food, less quantity, huge price. Pool should've maintained well. Great service Overall 3/5

The perfect plantation valley view.. great food - mainly the breakfast menu. Decent ambiance and rooms… only disturbance is foul smell from bathroom.

Tea Valley Resort,Munnar is located on a Tea Plantation near heart of Munnar Town at a distance of around 4-5 km from town towards Adimali. Pros of Resort 1. Good spacious rooms , decent restaurants , Excellent room service . 2. ⁠Good location if you want to stay indoors. Cons 1. The 1 km road inside plantation is in a pathetic conditions and reaching the location during rains / dense fog is tough with terrain where only one vehicle can pass by. 2. ⁠Complementary breakfast not upto mark . Overall a 7/10 .

Very Peaceful and scenic location...Very cooperative and understandble staff...good quality of food...overall whatever required for a great vacation experience...it gives all. First of all when we were late in reaching the resort..they call us directly and help us to reach the location...that means they care of their guests... staff is really polite and helpful in every way...and a very scenic vie wof balconies with spacious rooms and washrooms.. very clean and beautiful property.. overall much worthy of thier rates.. highly recommended
