Rooms are good. Clean and well maintained facility. Easy access to all the facilities and near to all tourist attractions. Food is really good, both veg and non-veg. Could create a kids play area at the back as it’s just a vacant area. Recreation room was under maintenance so hopefully that will be nicer once finished.

Stayed here with family for 3 nights. Overall experience is good. Rooms are very decent. Front deck and support staff as well good.

Room were old; fan are having noise. Water bottle and jug in room are not cleaned. Food is also average , spa is really good

Ambience room was Okey. Stains was there on blankets. Food was tasty. Room service was good. There was no view from my room , only hotel paradise was visible.

Stay was ok. Room was not up to expectations as we were hoping for a creek view after paying premium for Ambience rooms. What really spoiled the stay was during check-out where a staff forcibly have 5 star review on google. Hotel Silvertips would have been a much better option.

Location is near to old munar, morning food is great and finally they given small room for high cost ..little uncomfortable but service are good

Location of the property excellent. Although it is in the center of the town, it is very quiet and calm. The staff is very humble and the amenities are also good. Service amazing. The food was surprisingly good.

Had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, the room was okay with a good view, and the breakfast buffet was fine. Perfect location close to main market and famous visiting spots.
