The hotel was located on the top of a hill, giving excellent views of Munnar town. The desk staff was very helpful and the amenities within the room were immaculate.

Lo, upon mine arrival, I was received with most courteous cheer. The chamber was fair, the bed soft as a lamb's fleece, and the hearth did burn with gentle warmth. The meat and drink were of finest sort—roast well-seasoned, bread fresh-baked, and wine full merry upon the tongue. All was clean, quiet, and full seemly kept. The keepers served with grace and haste. Truly, ‘tis an inn of noble quality. I shall return, God willing.

Our experience at Carmel Top Resort was absolutely outstanding and mind-blowing! The resort is located in the central Munnar. From the moment we arrived, the staffs went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our family stay truly memorable. Thanks to Rahul and his team. A special mention to Chef John, whose culinary skills blew us away — the food was exceptionally delicious, well-presented, and full of flavor. Every meal was a treat! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort, from the serene surroundings to the excellent service. I would highly recommend Carmel Top Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and delightful getaway. We can’t wait to visit again!

Property location is great as it is near to bus station, near to many food places also (as it does not have provide lunch and dinner). Breakfast was tasty and had 2-3 options. Amenities were good too. Services I have few things that they can improve like they did not provide tea/coffee bags in the room, they did not keep a breakfast menu near the breakfast place ( I had to ask them whether omlet is there or not), they was not contact for reception mentioned in the room. These are very small things but give a good feel. Other wise all good. Will stay again if required.

We have stayed for two rooms night. Outside view was not good at all from deluxe room although hotel charged good amount. Intercom was not working.

Stay was really good. Clean and hygiene room and surroundings. Breakfast was good. Only issue faced was frequent power outage for 3-4 times in a day(Duration of the power cut was 1 min max)
