Отель очень понравился, хорошее месторасположение, отель находится на возвышенности, через дорогу находится лестница по которой можно спуститься к центру города, где находится рынок, супермаркет, автостанция с которой можно доехать до Кочи, мы так и сделали, автобус отправляется с 7 утра каждые полчаса до 19 часов. В отеле чисто, постельное белье белоснежное, за 3 ночи пребывания его даже поменяли, хотя мы не просили, персонал очень доброжелательный, организовали на два дня экскурсионный трансфер по чайным плантациям, заповедник Эравикулам, водопад. Завтраки понравились, в отеле индийская еда, все понравилось, очень вежливый и доброжелательный персонал, особенно девушка по имени Angel на рассепшене.

everything like location, amenities and services were really good. but food they still need betterment. I don't find proper south Indian dishes. staffs are really nice.

Average hotel....needs to improve food and service....food not good ...not fresh...only best thing is location...not like 3 star hotel..improve food and service...expected lott..but not fullfill service

The location is convenient, right in the Munnar city centre, which makes it easy to access shops and restaurants. However, the overall experience was average. The room was okay, Service was decent, but nothing exceptional. Good for a short stay if you're not expecting luxury. Breakfast and dinner avarage taste only... Restaurant Service Staff excellent.

hotel was easy to locate, neat and tidy, walking distance in munnar town. thou the information on in campus ATM , and tree view rooms are inaccurate. clean hotel, has a lovely natural fragrance on entering the hotel. resturant staffs are very polite. but food isnt that great, expecially the prawns masala wasnt that well cooked. for tourist packages restuarant were very helpful. overall our staying experience was good.
