The stay was very pleasant, very neat room, front office people were very polite and helping nature, the property location is in the centre of the city and the food was also very nice. We all loved it.

good location, staff is courteous. room amenities are up to the mark, restaurant gives sumptuous food. the only problem is it's too costly. they change GST at 18%. They are not supplying daily mineral water. everything is paid.

We stayed here for 2nights In Munnar Issac Residency. The Location is Very Near To Market. The rooms are big and clean (ours was superior king room the basic one, then also it was big). We had here only breakfast for 2 days that was also very good in taste , good big spread, the staff is also very helpful

They mentioned mountain view room ; there is no Mountain view only city. Prices are very high even it's 3 star but same rate if we look to 4* and 5 star hotels , the very pathetic is there restaurant, me and wife both food poisned while eating chicken biryani from restaurant.its better to have street food rather than taking lunch or dinner from there residency . Services worst , location worst . But when we reached home ,both got food poisen a series one , I vomitted 4 times and my wife vomitted 8 times , I gave them high rate for chicken biryani, better to have street food .

"clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent amenities, polite staff, and convenient location. Though nothing overly luxurious, the experience met expectations for the price. Breakfast was adequate, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, ensuring a pleasant, hassle-free stay"
