I had originally planned to stay two nights, but I could barely endure one. The staff were unbelievably rude, laughing in my face when I raised a concern. The room was absolutely filthy—sticky surfaces, disgusting floors, and an overall unbearable environment. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I have no idea how 訂房網站 can recommend this hotel—it’s a complete disgrace. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. Completely unacceptable.

My stay at Plaza Premium was fantastic. The room was beautifully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Room was dirty, dusty and not cleaned. Toilet bowl had signs of previous used, stained with urine and hair. Pube could also be found by the sink and on the bed. Location wasn’t exactly convenient and hotel could not provide an umbrella though it was pouring over the entire stay. Asked reception to top up amenities such as facial tissue but wasn’t given any. The saving grace would have probably been the breakfast.

It's about a 6–7-minute walk from the subway station to the hotel, and the front-desk service is excellent.

不得不説，這個全5星是給訂房網站專員的，我們中國的App無論是從服務、素質、便利性上而言，都高於歐洲太多太多了。 房間並不大，洗手間尤其小，而且服務也so so,離地鐵站6分鐘，對面有麥當勞，住了幾天就吃了幾天，離安聯球場3站路，離瑪莉亞廣場10站左右，尚算方便，出門有177路公交車～ 前台服務冷漠，對不會英文的人

Отличный отель! До центра мин.20 на метро, оно в 7 мин.ходьбы, прямая ветка! Отель очень чистый, завтраки отличные! Рекомендую!!!
