南慕尼黑 ACHAT 酒店 (ACHAT Hotel München Süd)

U3中中間有一段不通，得換車才能到飯店，拖著行李，帶來很多不方便，只好預訂計程車接送，增加不少預算！其他皆ok

房間乾淨整潔，整體環境十分安靜，入住特別舒心。各類設施齊全完善，使用起來很方便。早餐菜品豐富味道出眾，口感很好。整體入住體驗特別滿意，性價比很高，非常值得推薦入住。

房間整體比較乾淨，裝修比較新，就是房間小一點，但是一個人住也夠了，早餐選擇一般，可以多一點水果，，，

Bathroom shower had a long black hair upon arrival. Also whilst our room was at the end by itself, we were woken multiple times over the nights by slamming doors from other rooms. So it wasn’t a quiet stay. Staff were very pleasant though

The hotel could not assign two beds for me due to overbooking. The final resolution was separating a single bed for two beds. The accommodation experience was quite bad and the staff was not helpful , they promised to help me but I recalled them again.

環境超好，窗外是一片小樹林，還有落日晚霞，位置也方便，出地鐵兩分鐘步行可達，還送了一瓶有氛圍的礦泉水，一人喝也有情調，此行最滿意的酒店❤️

出門就是地鐵，畢竟乾淨，早餐也比較豐盛

Es war ein unangenehmes Hotel, welche habe ich gesehen. Total unsauber, Kissenbezug nicht frisch, Aus dem Bett drang ein Schweißgeruch🤢 Badewanne mit widerlichem Geruch und gerade fast genug Seife für eine einzige Dusche. Mit einem Wort: schrecklich!

Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da in unmittelbarer Nähe einer U-Bahn Station (ca. 150). Mein Zimmer hatte eine durchschnittliche Ausstattung (keine Minibar/Kühlschrank) für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Temperatureinstellung im Raum war außer Betrieb, Bad schien neu renoviert zu sein. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ein gutes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub.

OK - the good - The rooms are spacious, bed is large, the bathroom is lux with marble floors. it is also in a great location. It is close to the train station and has a Lidl behind it. The barman Jan is friendly and helpful. And the not so good - The rooms do not have a fridge, a microwave and not even a kettle! When I enquired about the tea and coffee facilities, I was curtly told if I wanted coffee I could buy it downstairs. It is difficult to understand how a hotel can justify a 4 star rating if it doesn't have anything more than a bed and a bathroom. And then there is the room temperature. It's a furnace in the room I think the temperature was set to 29 degrees C!! And the room temperature can't be changed in room. Only the reception can. Even if they change it, it resets the next day. I'm not sure why this hotel needs a sauna... Just stay in the room. As has been noted in another review on Tripadvisor, this issue is ongoing. He noted it in 2017 and again in 2019 but nothing has changed. Secondly is the staff attitude. They aren't rude but not friendly either. Likely they are worn down by the same issues getting raised while they are powerless to change it themselves. Unsurprisingly, I was not offered a late check out. The main advantage of location is lost by all the disadvantages. If that's why you want to stay here, don't let the photo's trick you, book another better hotel nearby.
