德國同事推薦的這家酒店，簡直噩耗，周邊治安差，一晚上警鐘長鳴，隔音也很差，就像國內的快捷酒店。關鍵還在裝修，油漆味道，到處臟兮兮的。室內設施很簡陋落後。 總而言之 不會再選擇

Our booking clearly showed in the amenities list that our room included a kitchenette, but there was none. When we asked, they said we have to specifically request that. That's really weird. It's like ordering a pizza and having to say, "Pls make sure there's cheese." I had booked a room with a kitchenette as we have a toddler who requires specific meals. Furthermore, the concierge was terribly unhelpful. Despite not honouring their end of the booking, they did not offer any goodwill options. Not even a 45 min late checkout request as I had a work call to complete. The hotel charged me for the additional 45 mins that we needed the room for the call. The carpet is absolutely filthy with what looks like mould and strange stains everywhere. The only decent feature about the hotel is that it's near the hauptbahnhof. I would definitely not recommend this place. They shouldn't be in the service industry because they are not at all interested in showing their best side.
