The toilet water is not draining properly and there is a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. There is also no hot water available. These conditions are unacceptable and make the room very uncomfortable to stay in. Please fix these issues immediately or provide another suitable room as soon as possible.

Der Preis war herausragend gut! Parkplätze sind unterm hotel und kostenlos. Die Lage ist ruhig die Zimmer sind schön. Die lobby und die Bar sind stylisch, und der Innenhof eine sehr gute Idee, nur spät abends nicht nutzbar, da man sonst die anderen Gäste mit Lärm belästigt. Was nicht so toll war ist, daß es keine Möglichkeit gab sein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Vom Parkdeck aus kann man die Zimmer erreichen ohne die Rezeption passieren zu müssen. Das halte ich für ein Sicherheits Problem. Es hängen zwar im Gang Überwachung Kameras, aber da sollte man sich etwas einfallen lassen. Würde ich wieder dieses Hotel buchen? Ja!
