很髒和潮濕的地毯，很黑的房間，估計是沒錢交電費

位置方便，環境好，靠近市中心，餐飲購物非常便利，住宿環境不錯乾淨

房間比較寬敞，但是沒有空調，電風扇勉強能夠應付（如果不夠可以嘗試去前台借）。停車場位於酒店地下一層，入口在側面。雖然地理位置較為偏僻了，但是比較安靜，自駕方便，可以嘗試開到Trudering站的P+R停車場轉乘公共交通市郊鐵路S-Bahn或地鐵U-Bahn，總體性價比不錯

I booked this hotel through 訂房網站 because it was listed as a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, our stay was far below what I would expect from a 4-star property. The most serious issue was the shower. The hot and cold water labels were reversed, and there was a very large difference between the hot and cold settings, with no proper way to adjust the temperature in between. As a result, my wife was suddenly exposed to extremely hot water and almost suffered a burn. This was a genuine safety concern, not simply an inconvenience. We also experienced several other problems: A blood stain on the bedding. A loose fan cover that interfered with the fan blades. The front desk told us that we could park in the underground parking area, but the next day a notice was placed on our car saying that we were not allowed to park there. A very strong and unpleasant feces-like smell in the elevator hall. I reported these issues to 訂房網站. Unfortunately, the hotel denied that the problems occurred, and 訂房網站 ultimately offered only limited compensation. I am writing this review mainly as a warning to other guests. Please be aware of the condition of the hotel, particularly the shower, and check the water temperature very carefully before using it. In my opinion, this experience did not meet the standard I would reasonably expect from a hotel advertised as 4-star.

First most important no AC, when I asked in the reception the answer was it was written (it was not ). The room is not clean and I will attach a picture what was waiting for us there. The service was not good, we decided not to spend the night at the hotel. I appreciate the help of 訂房網站. I am very sad about the treatment of the hotel it self.
